Is Chatty Duck Creative the right content agency for you?

Well-read young content agency with GSOH WLTM clients for honest business chat, regular briefs and long walks in the park (optional).

Are you sick and tired of partnering with content agencies that promise the world and deliver next to nothing? We certainly were, which is why we decided to launch Chatty Duck Creative Ltd (‘ChattyDuck’ for short) in 2021.

Even so, just because an agency is good at its job, it doesn’t necessarily follow that it’s the right fit for you. With this in mind, #TeamDuck thought it might be helpful to tell you a little about the types of clients we enjoy working with and what we can do for your business.

So, here’s what we’re looking for in a partner, along with some info that may convince you to swipe right on ChattyDuck…

Does this sound familiar?
You’ve been working on a (supposedly) short-term project – like producing new promotional materials or rejuvenating your website copy – but you keep having to prioritise other jobs.

Perhaps you’ve been meaning to create blogs, thought leadership pieces, case studies, white papers or newsletters for your company, but there never seem to be enough hours in the day.

You know what you want. You’re looking to produce quality content that will help grow your online audience and bring new customers to your website. You’d like to raise your company’s profile on LinkedIn. And, in an ideal world, you’d love to overhaul your internal comms with a consistent tone of voice.

It would be great if you could manage all this on your own, but you have a full-time job that keeps getting in the way. If only you could find a partner that was reliable, easy to work with, and had the skills and experience necessary to create top-notch content at a reasonable rate.

If this sounds like you, we need to talk – but in a good way.

Meet ChattyDuck
ChattyDuck is home to a versatile, easy-going bunch of writers and editors with (too many) years of experience across multiple sectors and geographies. From construction and real estate to travel and hospitality, we’ve provided journalistic, communications and marketing support for a dizzying range of private, public and third-sector organisations across Europe and the Middle East.

Our team has created content for large-scale corporates including Autodesk, Bobcat and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. We’ve developed materials for government entities, higher education institutions and even multibillion-dollar gigaprojects. All the while, we’ve continued to provide pro bono support for Staffordshire-based charities and non-profits such as in2health & wellbeing CIC, Ruff & Ruby and The Gingerbread Centre.

We believe honesty is the best policy, which is why we’ll always say if a piece of work lies outside our areas of expertise. Put simply, we won’t take your money if we can’t help you achieve your goals. Fortunately, we have an extensive network of professional contacts, meaning that when we’re not the best fit, we’re usually able to introduce you to someone who is (if you need a PR specialist, for instance).

ChattyDuck is a Living Wage Foundation employer that aims to add value with every word, so we can’t claim to be the cheapest agency around. But when it comes to your organisation’s messaging, branding and content, you don’t want the cheapest; you want the best. Our clients (most of whom are repeat customers) certainly seem to think we’re worth the investment. If they weren’t satisfied with the quality of work we produce, they wouldn’t keep coming back.

Let’s meet up
If the challenges we’ve outlined sound familiar, and our approach is aligned with the way you work, we’d love to arrange a chat. No strings attached at this stage, obviously, but who knows? This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
